yeah 888's are less maintenance too. i don't know if you already know this but it feels better if you take the spacer out on the shock so you have more travel in the back. even's it out a bit

i love the boxxer. It's light so it makes for great cornering and is easy to throw around. but thats if you race. if you're more freeride get the 888

Dh in george is relatively good for such a small place.
there is one course that i know of that we race on once a year.
i've heard that the course gets a little messed up when it's not race time but i have been there when it wasn't before and it was still very much ridable.
there is also a sick skatepark.

it depends wich type of 2-step you will get HD, fr, DH
mine his dh 2003 and it rides quite well. it pedals well and it give you a very smooth riding for the weakness the only thing i can said his that it's quite hard to bunny hop with it because of his capacity of absorption
